Help! I am stupid RE: EMH and April hours

I just looked at the calendar that someone had posted regarding April Hours and EMH hours. If it said 9:00 - 5:00 for example but was bolded showing that was EMH day, do you add the hours on, or are they already including the extra hours. Wow, I just confused myself. If that makes sense to anyone, please help!!!

You add the hours on. The posted times do not include the extra hours in the morning or the evening. EMH hours are hours IN ADDITION to the hours already posted.
