HELP- I accidentally ordered 2 photo packages

Does anyone have a phone number I can call to cancel one of the packages? I checked on the site and I opened a case, but I can not find a number to call anywhere. I ordered one package on my phone and didn't think it went through, so I reordered from my computer. This time I saw a message saying I would receive a copy in my email- but I never received an email from either purchase! Grr- but there are 2 pending charges on my card.
