Have a POP ressie, MB's are customized and shipped, have a WDW issued tkt linked to my MDE - everything is working perfectly at MDE.

Yet when I go to

It lets me log in and says enter reservation number. When I put my 12 digit POP ressie number (same number that's below the MB) I get the message:

Thank you for participating. Please try again later. If you continue to encounter this message, you can seek further assistance at the Lobby Concierge desk at your Walt Disney World resort or upon arrival at the Be Our Guest restaurant

I have a 2nd POP ressie a few days later and a set of MBs that go with it. When I put that in - it does a little better and says

Guest is already registered.

And then just leaves me stuck on that page with nowhere to go.

I have cleared my cookies, tried all this everyday for last 7 days.. tried different browqsers and the app---- SAME RESULTS

Ye Jedi Masters --- help me defeat this evil bug and let me finally personally experience the BOG magic. Buy I will not stand in line to do that - LOL!!!
 
I was able to book a fast pass for it by using the number on my magical express documents since i had a package and letters do not work, maybe try that?
 

I have 2 DME numbers from our yellow luggage tickets and have tried both numbers numerous times and each time I try them they say, "guest already registered", even though I am not registered for nothing. It is very frustrating and I just stopped trying to make a ressie.
 
I've had similar trouble with not being able to get past the initial screen. I've been able to get all my other FastPass+ reservations booked without problems.

So I finally called the technical help desk and was informed that BOG FastPass+ is only being offered to select test customers within those being offered MDE. If we do get a special offer, it would come via email and contain the correct reservation resort ID number to make things work correctly.

So I've quit trying and am now just crossing my fingers we get selected to try BOG FastPass especially since we weren't successful in getting a dinner reservation there.
 
We're going 2nd week of Nov. not yet part of any FP+ test. The res# on our resort confirmation email gets me through the first screen, but when I pick any day, it keeps saying "pick another date, no fast passes available". I'm guessing this is because I'm not yet invited to FP+. Anyone else get this?
 
It is only offered to a very few test guests and only on a few days during the week. I was there this week and at this point the FastPass-plus BOG lunch is not being offered.

As always this can change as quick as a blink of an eye!
 
I'm getting in to the site, choosing the people in our party, etc. - but then getting the same message (pick another date - no fastpass available) for every day of our trip during the last part of October. Does anyone know if the dates are just not opened yet, or do you think we're maybe just not included in the test? Thanks!
 
Getting the same message. All our FP+ are done for an early Oct trip but I don't think we are included in this yet.
 
The number that I needed for the first screen was the "Reservation" number that I have only found on the website when I click "online check in" the screen that loads says http://blablablablab/resort-reservation-id/{string of numbers} I put in that big string of numbers and it worked for me.
