Help! How long will this take?

We have a flight from Lax to Vegas leaving at 10.45am on Saturday 1st March. Can anyone please tell me what time I should leave our Anaheim hotel to get to Lax, with at least 1 hour lead time at the airport. We will be using a Disneyland Shuttle bus with Grayline and I don't have a clue what time I should leave or what to expect with traffic and how long the shuttle bus will take to pick up other travellers etc.

Looking at the same situation here, and checking with Supershuttle, they recommend to depart at least 3 hours before your flight time, and even earlier depending of day of week and traffic.

My flight leaves LAX at 7:30pm I scheduled the Disney Express Bus Pick-up for 5:00pm, did I leave enough time to get from DHR to LAX? I didn't consider traffic??

LAX is a very busy airport. You should get there at least 1.5 hours ahead of your flight. You are better off giving yourself more than enough time by arriving 2 hours ahead of time. There have been a few times that I got there at the 1.5 hour mark and made it to the gate just 15 minutes until my flight took off.

Most airlines will cut-off baggage acceptance with 45 minutes until your filght leaves. I have seen passengers cut-off and not make their flights because they thought getting their with just enough time wuld be okay. DO NOT be that passenger.

Make your travel easy and unstressful by following the recommended arrival times. (i.e. United - 60 minutes without baggage, 90 minutes with baggage & 120 minutes international.)

The bus ride to LAX on the Disneyland Express takes about an hour. The do recommend 3 hours before your flight so that you get to the airport 2 hours. I would think 2 hours for the whole thing would be cutting it close. Although I don't remember what time the first bus is at. We had a flight (international and a Wednesday) that left at 11:45am and we caught the 7:30am bus. I believe it was 9:00 am when we arrived at the airport. Enough time for breakfast after we go past check in and security.

Thanks heaps for all your advice. Looks like I will leave at 7.30am as I hate being anywhere late and then rushing - not my style.

We have a late Southwest Airlines flight 7:30 PM so I think we will need to board at 4:00 PM to get to LAX!
