We had a fridge issue at POR, only ours was too cold - everything was getting frozen. Don't try to fix it yourself. In our case, Maintenance was there within the hour. He said guests mess them up, either by not closing the door completely, or trying to adjust the cold setting. I needed the fridge because of some medicine. The worker made some sort of adjustment in the back, maybe on the outside. It was an easy fix and he was there less than 10 minutes. Worked fine after that. I think they will come fix it, or replace it, even if you're not there. Just so you know. But I will say, they are really on the ball!
