Help! How do I register to get into Moonlight Magic.

We were booked on the week when there will be midnight magic for July and received an email invitation to reserve our spots. I logged in with one laptop and waited for the link to come up for us to register. Was I able to get in? No! I was surprised at how come at 10:59am I was there and waited and once the link went through there were 12000 people AHEAD OF ME? The systems I guess took only the first 10000 and then the message shows booking for May and July dates are closed. They said they will open it on May and I am really dumbfounded as to what to do to get in.

Many people go on prior to 11 am and spots are then assigned randomly when it opens. After that, people go to the back of the line.

So, you ended up that high because there were that many devices trying to get in.

Unfortunately, not enough spots for the number of owners who want to attend.

All you can do is try again.

Keep in mind that DHS is the smallest of the four WDW Theme Park and will therefore have the lowest number of spots available for a limited attendance special event.

And probably even then a bunch of people will review day after that it was too crowded with not enough headliners to take the crowd.

Try multiple devices and keep your fingers and toes crossed for a good number on one of them. It really is mostly luck when the system randomizes the queue.
