Help! How do I keep dogs out of our yard?

Thanks for all the replies! I am going to try the vinegar thing and the next time the neighbor is outside I will have DH go talk to him. I mean with all the people in the neighborhood, we can't be the only ones fed up with the dog.

You might as well spray the neighbor with vinegar too! ;) :thumbsup2

You know that is not a bad idea! I could put it in the super soaker!!!

And just think, if one of those Easter egg dye tablets happen to accidentially fall in super soaker while I am putting in the vinegar there could be a black and white dog running around with pink spots! :rotfl2:

Just kidding, I wouldn't do that to the dog, it isn't the dog's fault his owners aren't responsible. Reminds me of the doggie fashion pet store at the mall, they have pink poodles and there is a sign that they used kool-aid to make them pink. DH decided to try this with our siamese cat since he likes baths and it did not work, I don't think it was concentrated enough. He didn't turn pink but he smelled like fruit punch for a while!

Let us know if the vinegar works. I think I am going to try it at my house. My dogs are always go under the fence and we have been keeping them on a chain when they are outside, but I hate to do that since they love to run around. I will be using the vinegar to keep them in my yard.
