HELP!! How do I get a countdown clock too?!

I love the countdown clocks at the end of the postings! I'm computer illiterate and have no idea how you found them... How can I put one on my postings? Thanks for the guidance!!

I am completely computer iliterate. I can fill in my info for the countdown then when I need the new window I lose everything. Please help. I love these charactors, They are so cute. My son keeps touching the screen to touch them.
