* Help! How do I book free dining online?

I got an email this morning that free dining was available to the general public this morning, it is 7:11 AM, EST (4:11 my time, and I have been online since 3:45!), and I can't figure out how to book free dining. I have tried just entering a package, and it still requires me to pay for dining. What am I missing?!
