Help! Hoop De Doo Photo query

We just went to HDD and they took a picture of every family there. We bought our package. After getting home, I love the pic so much, I want it to be our holiday photo greeting card.

My problem is I don't know if I can take it to WalMart or Walgreens and have the photos made if I didn't take them. Is this a copyrighted photo? There's nothing on the back of the photo and we were never given a reorder form or any way to contact the people who took the photos.

Can anyone help? Can I use the photo myself? Or if not, how do I get a negative or digital media for it?

I do not know the WDW policy on these purchased photos but if there is not a copyright notice on the photo, any Kinkos or other photo copying service will not have a problem with it.

If it has a copyright notice, you will need permission from WDW to make copies. I would call or email WDW and ask this question.

But who do I call? Someone at the HDD? Disney Photographic Services (except I thought they did portraits)? That's my problem? I don't know who to contact.

You may have to do some digging. A good start would be the Photographic Services though. If they don't know the answer, they should be able to direct you to the right people. If not, you could email WDW at WDW.Guest.Communications@disney.com
