Help, Help, I need some major help!!!

Hi all, I am scrambling trying to put together a trip in Sept during the free dining for 11 people. It started out being just my family of 4, I already had all my ADR's and everything was planned out and ready. Today I changed the reservation and now my bil and his family, and my mom and dh's mom will be there too. I had to book a week later for the room availability, and now I am coming up with a lot of dead ends when it comes to the dining. I would love for all of us to eat at LTT on 9/21 during MNSSHP but the restaurant is completely booked. Most of the restaurants I had already picked are all full now, so please does anyone have any suggestions for during MNSSHP and for the rest of the week as well??

I would try to get ADRs at lesser known (but still yummy) restaurants. Try Marrakesh, Olivia's (at OKW), Kona Cafe (at Poly), Maya Grill (at Coronado), Spoodles (at the BoardWalk, a short walk from the World Showcase), Flying Fish (BW again), Boatwright's (POR), Nine Dragons, etc. Have the CM search for as many restaurants as you can think of! I'm sure you'll be able to get ressies somewhere, but try to be as flexible as possible!!!! I would call to try to get some ressies tonight.

As far as MNSSHP goes, you might want to eat at a MK resort (Kona, Concourse, Whispering Canyon) and then take the monorail/boat over for the party if all of the MK restaurants are booked for the night.

Thanks for the thoughts, I have tried Concourse, Whispering Canyon, and Ohana. I am thinking that there might be a possibility of some cancellation, I am keeping my fingers crossed,

Try Kona Cafe-we did in Jan. because we couldn't get into the restaurant we wanted and we loved it!!! The best restaurant we ate in on that visit!!!! Can't wait to go back!!
Also, try booking as a magical gathering and see if that helps.

The other thing to do is to try to split the party into 2 groups on nights that you're finding it impossible to get ressies for....maybe you'll have better luck getting ressies with smaller groups of people.

We usually eat at The Plaza before MNNSHP, you might get in there. Very good food!!!

Grand Floridian Cafe

For a large group Biergarten would be nice.
As mentioned Kona Cafe is good too.

For character meals, try Garden Grill or Cape May Cafe for breakfast.

You will be pleasantly surprised by these places. I've found the "headliner" restaurants are not always what they are hyped up to be and the best food with the best service is often found at these wonderful hidden gems.

I am coming up at dead ends all over the place here....... I think I will try to do a counter service, and keep trying hoping that someone will cancel at the last minute, I doubt it, even though some people cancel their trips, I think they sometimes forget to cancel their dining. I will still try, anyways. Even Tony's Town Square is fully booked!! Say a prayer and send a little pixie dust my way. Ya know, the thing about this that kills me the most is that I had LTT for Mnsshp, and all the other restaurants that I wanted before I had to change the travel dates,and now NOTHING!!
