Ok, so i have a neighbor who is 9 and can be very annoying at times but she is usually very sweet. My friend was over the other day who is 13 btw. All of the sudden i turn around and my friend was fighting with my neighbor over nothing! She was acting like a 5 year old making up mean songs about my neighbor and telling her that she's ugly and dumb.
What do i do??
