I know that I will sample the sugar-free desserts on the Wonder and maybe even in WDW, BUT I know that I'll want to have the Chocolate souffle at Palo's. How can I eat that and stay on Atkins? OK - so I can't, but I still want to have it, but I'm worried about feeling sick for hours later. After going through withdrawal last week during my first week in induction, I know I'll probably feel lousy if I eat sugar. Does anyone else have a plan for dealing with this? I know I will never eat sugar the way I used to, but I need to be able to eat it on occasion. (The cruise is till 8 weeks away - time to plan a strategy!)

I would suggest to ask for the dessert and have someone to share it with you ---- OR ----- ask for it to go, keep it in the ice box and sample little bits at a time. This may help from having your belly feel ill.

Enjoy your cruise!
:D
