I am going camping this weekend myself (in a cabin by a river) and I am following Core. We will only be gone a couple of nights and this is what I have planned so far. Breakfast will be normal, Egg Beaters and a piece of light toast with a FF slice of cheese. Lunches I haven't quite figured out as we will be rafting, but I am sure it will be protien and fruit. The first night will be chicken, baked potato and zucchini and onions, second night will be lean burgers (no bun) on lettuce and tomato and a FF hot dog on a 1 PT bun, salad and corn on the cob. I plan to bring a watermelon, banana's, mandarin oranges and some WW cookies. The third night I am not really sure as we will be in Busch Gardens, so I am sure my choices are going to be more limited, but at least I will have my 35 PTs.
