Help! Give/Get a Day phone number?

Hello,

Does anyone have a phone number that I could call to ask about a problem with the give/get a day voucher? My friend signed up and got an email confirmation, but deleted it accidentally before she printed her voucher. Now when she goes to log in on the website it says that her email address is not in the system. Any advice? Thanks in advanced!

If your friend was in the system as verified and completed, she shouldn't have a problem...at least that's what I'm believing until our trip in April. We completed our volunteer activity and were never sent an e-mail to print vouchers and the support staff state that we are in the system as verified. The voucher is only one of the checks they use...the most important is your ID(photo DL,passport) and they will be able to verify in their system.

So if they can't retrieve a voucher it shouldn't be a problem(I hope)
