I know you probably wanted this recipe for Christmas morning

but maybe you can use it for some time in the future.
This one is from WDW.
Mickey Waffles
4 eggs, separated
1 cup milk
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt (optional)
2 cups flour
1/4 cup butter or margarine, melted
1 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla (optional)
Beat egg yolks and sugar in a bowl until light. Add cooled melted butter, milk and vanilla extract. Add flour, baking powder & salt, beat well. Beat egg whites until stiff and gently fold into batter. Bake and serve.

Then these are actual GF recipes. When DD was on a GF diet I never tried these. I hope they're some help!
Wheat-Free Waffles
(4 servings)
• 3/4 cup water
• 4 tsp. oil
• 1/2 cup Amaranth flour
• 1/4 cup brown rice flour
• 1/4 cup glutinous rice flour
• 1/3 cup arrowroot powder
• 4 tsp. baking powder
• 1/4 tsp. salt
• 1/4 cup sugar
Plug in your waffle iron.
2. Mix dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredents together in seperate bowl.
3. Fold wet ingredients into dry, stirring minimally. A few lumps are all right.
4. Pour onto hot waffle iron, covering well, close cover and do not open until very little steam is coming out the sides.
5. Serve hot with vegan margerine and maple syrup or your favorite topping.

Gluten Free Waffles Recipe
• 1 c of brown rice or rice flour
• 1 tspn of sugar
• 1 1/2 c of buttermilk or regular milk
• 1/4 c of oil
• 2 tspn of baking powder
• 1 tspn of salt
• 2 eggs
• 1/4 c of tapioca flour
• 1/2 c of potato starch
1. Start whisking everything together
2. If it's to runny then add more flour but if you have it to thick then add a little more milk.
3. After you have found the right consistancy then pour it into the waffle iron and have your breakfast.
