HELP! Gas Range Electric Ignition Stopped Working!

I have a gas range with electric ignition for the burners. When you turn on a burner, there is a clicking sound and the burner lights. Well it just stopped. The gas still flows but it doesn't make the clicking sound and won't light. The oven still works! HELP!

I've had it less than a year...

Any thoughts!

check to see if the plug at the wall has power??????
you might have it g f i controled????? if you can get to the plug use a hair dryer or something to see if theres power. if not turn on hair dryer and check your fuses or breakers?????? having something plugged in will let you know when power goes back on?????????
if this doesn't work let me know??????

You might want to turn off the gas before you do too much.

The stove has power. The clock, oven, timer, etc. work. I reset the breaker. Nothing.

I hit the rest button on the plug and still nothing.


I called Fridigaire and they gave me a number for a service repair person....

And of course you know that you can us a match to light it until you get it repaired.

Yeah, that's what I did tonight. I just think the clicking sound is cool. Makes me feel like I'm on The Food Network.
