I cannot remember what OBBs and/or placeholders I have. I've been rather disconnected from all this for several months now. So I went into the Castaway Club site and looked at my reservations, past & present. In this screenshot, the 3rd down in the Upcoming Cruises, is that what an unassigned placeholder looks like?

wish I could help but haven't booked placeholder yet but I would guess and say yes that is the placeholder since that is the section where it records all bookings tied to your name
