Hello ....

Please bear with me ... I am of the old school computer world! I work all day on a mainframe computer and could probably talk circles when it comes to COBOL, JCL, Z/os, etc., but when it comes to GIFs, logos, Jpegs, HTML, I feel like a Highschool dropout.

This summer I will be going on my dream disney vacation to Europe, and would like to document it all in a scrapbook. I've even gone so far as to buy some albums and papers and stickers. The albums I bought have room on the outer cover for a 3 inch by 3 inch insert. I would like to make a small picture to insert here which would identify the album. I'm looking for something similar to all the magnificent (difficult looking) logos everyone used for the WPASADI Cheerleading teams. I'm thinking of an oval with a title on top, dates on the bottom and a brief description in the middle. All this is to overlay a photo or picture describing the trip (i.e. Disney Magic for the cruise part of the trip). Plus of course it must include a certain duck and mouse! :)

Can you fine creative wizards help an artistically challenged fellow DISer out and point to me the direction in which I should start? I love the work I've seen in this thread and know the advice I get would be top notch! Thanks.
