Ok, I was smart and bought USPS stamps on the way home from my last trip. But I have 6 swaps from now until November, so far, and will run out soon.
I was looking at the USPS dotcom and they have the online postage system, pack and clip (or something close to that), but from what I have read I will not be able to use this. as the postage then has an exact mailing date on it, or (brain light goes on) since the package is coming back to me, can I use it knowing the dates for tracking on line will be off?
Help for the Canadian Swapper!!!!!!
