I am still dealing with the re-booking nightmare regarding getting the 10% discount and $200 stateroom credit. My TA just emailed me (from AAA) and asked if I could send her a copy of our letter/receipt we received on board for re-booking. The thing is, we had it transferred to AAA right then and I believe the woman on board said she would send everything to our agent. I don't remember getting anything from her. Can you all tell me what you received when you booked if you transferred it to a TA? This was on board the Wonder and am worried that the woman people were talking about (the flaky one) was the one we dealt with and she just didn't give us it. Thanks for letting me know what you received.

I rebooked this past weekend and all I was given was a small card with the info on it....

now that I have had the price quoted with several different agencies I am quite certain there was no 10% discount...

I got the same little card (only showed room # and sailing date)from the Wonder and totally agree that I knew WAY more than the girl booking. She told me that she was brand new and it showed.

We also re-booked onboard. We received a small card that indicates your name, the reservation number the stateroom you booked, the sail date, the ship name as well as the itinerary and the amount of deposit you placed.

Once you have your reservation number , you can go on-line at disney cruise line enter your reservation number and all the info should pop up. It does not show your onboard credit though, and the amount is the total amount..it does not state that you received a 10% discount.

Hope that helps you
