Help for make a wish family

I can not figure out how to even ask for a design, but I would be so grateful for some help. We are going on a Disney cruise, and their is a make a wish family going on our ship. I would like to sprinkle some fairy dust, and make the family shirts.. Any design will do. Names are Abby, Josh, do not know parents names. Thank you so much for any help. I am old and not computer savvy.

Do you want it to say make a wish cruise or something else? I have cruise designs and can come up with something for you.

How about the Mickey and Minnie on beach with cruise ship in background. Something like making memories, or making a dream come true? I have never been on a cruise, just want to shower the family with gifts, but do not want them to know from who.
