We are taking our first trip to Orlando! We have booked one week Club Room at HRH, me, my husband and 12 and 13 yr old sons. They are counting down the minutes. We get the 2 adult 2 child tickets with the package, which will only help two of us. I need some advice from all of you pros about the best tickets to add and best way to purchase them. I also would like advice on how to spend our week. The plan is to remain within walking distance all week. We would like some pool time and boys want lots of ride time. Any advice will be greatly appreciated!! :cheer2:

You are going for a week, will you want to go in the parks everyday or not? the 2 days 3 days free tickets online are a good deal is 5 days in a row is enough. If not , what are your dates? Would a power pass work for you or are the blackout dates a factor?

I think I remember a 7 day ticket on one of the discount sites...does anyone remember which one it was...?? (macraven do you remember?)

I personally bought the 3 month passes from costco.com. They were 85$. I am going for 9 days and it worked best for me.

BTW...the tickets you got for free...do they get you in the parks for all 7 days or not? If they do I might just ask the price to add 2 more tickets to the package.

Thanks for your reply!! We are going the 13th-20th of June. I think the passes we get are 5 days. I may not want to go to the parks everyday, but my two sons will. I think after we get comfortable and know our way around, I will let them do a little on their own. Do you think it is safe enough?? They are very responsible boys, but I'm not ready to say yes until we are there.

I like the Costco idea and will check it out.

I have been sending my boy into the parks without me (for an hour or 2) since he was 10. (in groups of course, not alone) He takes a cell phone or walkie-talkie, and has strict check-in times rules. No problems. If it was crazy crowded I might change my mind, but it has never been an issue so far (hes 14 now)

LindaLinda,

I am going to Universal Orlando July 16-23 with my son and nephew. I am wondering about the Costco ticket? Can you please explain this ticket to me?

Thanks
Tamika, James and Tai
