Help for email address change please

Can someone advise if there is an alternate way to get my email address updated when I don't know my password? My old email address is attached to DISboards. I can't do a password reset against that email address and I can't change the email address without knowing my password. Apparently I have been logged in with a stored password a long time.

never mind.... remembered the password and able to change my email address now... thank you
