Help for a newbie

New here and I am looking for the "stickys" so I can read all the rules before placing a request. Can someone point me in the right direction or post the link. I don't want to break any rules. Thanks a bunch.

Now that I posted, I think I have figured it out. The "stickys" are all of the posts with the push pins I believe. So I will read through all of them to get informed. If anyone has any words of wisdom I would sure appreciate it. I am planning well enough in advance, so that isn't a problem. LOL

Sticky threads always stay near the top of the forum too. Not necessarily in current order but always near top....
