My wife and I put an offer in on 200 points at OKW for 76$ a point. We will have 400 (200 banked from 2005) coming on June 1st. After all the paperwork, we will probably be in the Disney system by May 15th.

Does this sound like a good deal? (We can still back out)

At that time what do you think our options will be for this summer?? I know that it's late, but we are very flexible as far as June/July/August.

Our first choices would be 1 bedroom at BCV, BWV or Wilderness lodge. Any shot at these at that late time??

We would also be willing to stay at OKW or SS.


Last Question - HOw many points does it cost to rent regular rooms at the Deluxe resorts??

Yes, it sounds very good to me. Have you already passed ROFR? If not, it's very possible Disney will exercise its right and buy this back and you'll have to start over. Hope that doesn't happen.

I think you could get a 1 bedroom somewhere on site since you are so flexible with dates and resort.

Good Luck! I hope it passes ROFR. You shouldn't have a problem getting something as long as the dates are flexible.
