I think it looks good. I haven't gone this time of year but I think it is not busy yet from spring break. Are you thinking of doing Peter Pan? You might want to do that first then the speedway then space mountain. Peter Pan gets a line very quickly and it usually stays long all day.

thank you for the tip...we will be at MK another day as well. We are going March 18th and again the 24th. There's just so much to do!

This is the only area that I think you may have trouble with as POTC lines can get pretty lengthy plus adding to that the wait for the train, then the walk (as short as it may be) from Fantasyland to MTP.

10:05:00 AM SPACE MOUNTAIN -FP 1005AM

The majority of people head to fantasyland in the morning. If you wait at the tomorrowland bridge I'm almost positive you would get into speedway and space with no problem of a long wait. If I was you I would switch my FP+ for Space to something in the afternoon. Peter Pan is a must for FP+ after 10 because long wait time happen quickly and stay long most of the day. Also are you riding the train for fun or to save time? I wouldn't think the train ride would be a time saver.

We plan on 4 attractions in the first hour, 3 in the second hour, and 2 in each hour after that.

I never make a fastpass for before 11:00, but you can if you really want.

Looks good! I highly commend you on your choice to do the Tomorrow Speedway at 9:00 am. I don't know what it is about that ride but it could be the middle of a freak ice storm in Orlando and the line for that ride would still feel like you are slowing inching yourself toward the fires of Hell. I have never been as hot at WDW as I was when my son was younger and insisted on riding it the middle of the day.

I think you will be in spring break crowds. I know almost all of our state is on Spring Break March 13-17, and I also know from my niece that the whole Dallas/Fort Worth area is on Spring break that week (which means probably most of the state of Texas is too). We usually don't have the same Spring Break week as my niece and this year we do.

That said- I think your above posted schedule is a loose easy schedule and that even with spring break crowds you will likely do quite a bit more than that. As a first timer, are you sure the Tomorrowland Speedway is important to you? If it is, then you are right putting it first (with the exception that I would probably go to Peter Pan first and then go to the Speedway as I the Peter Pan line will build up before the Speedway and Peter Pan is a much shorter ride) as I agree with PP that that line is always slow and long! If it holds some nostalgia for you as to the type of ride, or your kids are obsessed with "driving" a car, or if you want to be sure and ride it with the rumors it may disappear in the future then by all means go for it, but we have totally skipped that one the last several years. It involves a slow line, lots of fumes, slow moving cars and the pedals and cars don't always work the best. We have had our car completely die and had a CM have to come get it restarted and we have had it move at a snails pace and thought it was not going to make it without dying before. The novelty wore off for DD after the reality of riding it a couple of times and it is no longer on her to do list!

Easily doable, and you'll be able to do more. In all honesty, I would probably drop the FP+ for Space and just rope drop it at 9:00, then head to Speedway, then use a FP+ for Pirates, as there'll be quite a line by 3:00 pm. Otherwise, if you don't mind hiking back and forth, I would do Speedway, then beeline it right over to Pirates and that area, then go back for your Space Mountain FP+.

Even during spring break crowds you can get a surprising amount of stuff done during the first couple hours of opening.

Yea and you can do more if you like

This. I'm not implying you should run around like crazy, but I think you'll find that you're going to have some free time with that schedule. For example, 9am Tomorrowland Speedway. The line is likely to be relatively short that early in the morning, so I wouldn't be surprise if you're done that ride by 9:20-9:30am. Space Mountain is right next door, so you'll have some time. If your FP window opens at 10:05 am, that means you have until 11:05am. So after Tomorrowland, do something else in that area like the TeaCups or Buzz, then head to Space. You also have a long gap between Space and lunch at Crystal Palace. You'll want to find something to do there.

Like I said, don't rush around and/or try to plan every last second, especially if you're a first timer. The plan you have seems great. Just know that you can likely add some things in....but that'll be the fun part. Do those "ad hoc" and explore!!!

Oh this is absolutely doable.... Heck you might wanna add some more rides/ or just see how it goes day-of. depending on wait times. looks like a great plan for a fun/not rushed day at the MK!

I agree about no FP for SpM. I don't do uppie-downie spinny rides so I send my family ahead to SpM while I'm in bag check and they never have a long wait early in the morning. You can do SpM first and use that FP for something else. like Buzz Lightyear. I wouldn't criss-cross the park, however. Just go from SM to T Speedway and then work your way around Fantasyland until its time to head for lunch. You can do the People Mover and Carousel of Progress with hardly any wait. After lunch do the same thing in Adventureland and Frontierland. You'll be surprised at the other things you can fit in.

Great plan!!!

thank you ...we will fill in the gaps with other rides along the way...just wondering if I was zig zagging myself crazy!
