HELP! FITS vouchers to arrive AFTER I'M GONE!

I just got a confirmation for my vouchers for the FITS passes and they are delivering them the day I am supposed to leave!!! I thought I had plenty of time because I ordered weeks in advance.

Anyway, does anyone have a direct line for Rosa at Paramount because I can't get through on their phone lines. They just say they are experiencing heavy call volume and then it disconnects!!!

HELP!!!

If worse comes to worse (and I hope it doesn't) could you have someone there to receive them and sign for you and then fedex the passes to you at WDW overnight? OR, can you call the shipper and tell them the situation? Maybe they will have some way to deliver them to u overnight at WDW.
