no. renting is a transaction between individuals. it has no relationship to any offers disney is making.

also how do i go about getting tickets

you can buy from disney in advance or when you get there. you could also save a few bucks by buying from undercovertourist or mapleleaftickets...

, dining, magical express?

you can add these items but the DVC member must add them to your reservation in advance. (also, as with the 4-3 deal, there is no "free dining" on points...ever...)

You need to be aware that when you rent a reservation from a DVC member, it is an arrangement between you and the owner of the points. Disney is not involved in any way. The member sets the payment requirements. They completely control the reservation until the moment you check in.

Now, you can get a DVC resort on the buy four get three more free deal from Disney. But you need to go through Central Reservations Office (CRO).

Have you already rented or are you going to rent?

With all due respect, I feel that the Member that you rented from should be answering all of your questions. If they can't, they have no business renting to you. You have paid for their services and since they are the one controlling the reservation, the two of you need to be on the same page.

I certainly would agree but I suspect the member is or will be happy to help but the OP is also doing their due diligence and checking out the options independently so they are better informed. No single renter is going to know everything and certainly wouldn't be expected to know or communicate the ins/outs of things like the free Disney Dining plan or the buy 4 get 3 free issue. As someone that rents from time to time, that would be info that I would consider the rentee responsible for gathering.
