Help finding a budget friendly, safe apartment in Orlando

I will be relocating to Orlando for a 6 month class. The school is near the Florida Mall. Looking for an apartment preferably furnished that accepts a dog. Would like utilities included. I would be okay with a 30 min or less commute. Any recommendations of apartment complexes? Thanks!

I don't know of any apartment complex that will include utilities in the price. You may get water/sewage included, but definitely not electricity.
