HELP! Doing online check-in now for BLT but cannot add room requests!

We are renting points and are using the online check-in available through the person we are renting points as we are 10 days from check-in today. However, I am having a terrible time adding any room requests to the online check-in. When we made the reservation, we were told that our room requests for a high floor and an even number room were listed. This was confirmed when we called to add the DDP to our ressie about a month ago. Nothing is showing up under our reservation now and I simply cannot add anything...it won't let me type anything in the box. HELP!

It's normal for DVC to not have anything to type in. I've been able to click that I want a low floor, but I can't remember the exact wording, but nothing else.

I'd probably come out of the online checkin; people say that it can eliminate the requests you made before.

All online Check in does for DVC is have your cards preprinted. Room requests do not show up. I would do the online check in and then either call MS to verify room request or call the resort a few days before check in.
