Help! does any one remember the link for government discount condos from RCI?

There was a post about the website similar to the military discount condos posted on mousesavers for $249 a week that was meant for government employees, does anyone remember the link? I have the one for military but need the one for teachers, police, etc. I tried searching but came up with everything but the correct one. Please help as I told a co-worker I would email her the link. TIA ! ! !
