Help - Dl On Saturday

Has anyone been at DL when they have closed the park? We will be there for one day on saturday and have a hopper pass. I am worried that if we leave DL and go to DCA we may not be able to get back into DL for the parade/fireworks. Am I worring for nothing? I am hoping that people are either there today or going in July. I know that I would never take my kids this weekend or the july 17 weekend - we're going in October with (hopefully) less crowds.

I will be there on Saturday too. I think it will be crowded because of the rain today and possibly tomorrow. Maybe you could try and do DCA early if the crowds look big Saturday morning.
