I want to share the progress of my wedding details but I don't know how to make tabs within the the thread and categorize it. Can someone help...example:

Intro: I am getting married..............

-Ceremony
-Music
-Pre-reception
-Reception
-Food
-Wedding Party

and so on!

Does anyone know how to create this?
Please help!
