Help! DIS Tech question (sorry-long)

My DS would like to post on the teen dis board. So, I have helped him set up his own email and got him registered. We responded to the activation email and are trying to get him logged in so that he can mess around with his signature, avatars, respond to posts etc...

Here is the snag. When he logs in, he gets the "Thank you for logging in. And you will be redirected or click here if you can't wait" message. Only it doesn't really log him in. Whenever he tries to go into his User cp or post he gets the message that he does not have access and he needs to register.

What are we doing wrong here?

Any help is very appreciated!

Have you tried asking on the Tech Board ? You might get a quicker answer over there - they're very helpful people!

I was having the prob yesterday when I followed a link from hotmail. I would log in and it wouldn't really log me in. I ended up having to type in the address. If that's not the prob, have you tried deleting your cookies?
