HELP!!! Deckert Surgical for scooter rentals phone disconnected

Hi everyone, has anyone recently rented scooters from Deckert Surgical? We had rented 2 from them for next week and I tried to phone them today and their number has been disconnected. Suggestions on where I can rent from on short notice?

I use Select Scooters 100% of the time, very friendly and if you have a problem with your scooter they are very effecient and quick to help or replace. One time we came out of Tortilla Jo's and my scooter was missing, after looking around, called and Select had a replacement within 15 mins. of my call.
