for mgm try- 50's primetime cafe
for MK- try crystal palace, liberty tree tavern, or head over to the poly or GF

On your MK day it is fairly easy to go eat at the Contemporary (Concourse Steakhouse or Chef Mickeys) or to the Grand Floridian (GF Cafe) or to the Polynesian for Ohanas or Kona Cafe. Depends on what you like to eat and whether a dinner break outside of MK would be a nice break or more of a hassle for your family. Have you checked the menus at allearsnet.com? That might help decide.

First welcome to the DIS. You will find lots of info here.

Since you don't really want a buffet, I will try to recommend some places that are not. Here is a link to menus so you can look them over: http://www.allearsnet.com/menu/menus.htm

MGM day: 50's prime timce cafe
MK day: LTT (family style) means the food is brought to your table, but you can have as much of it as you want. This is also a character meal (Mickey, Minnie, Chip, Dale). You may want to do this if you don't have any planned for the kids. We ate at CP (but it is buffet) and really enjoyed it. This had Pooh & Pals.

If you want to leave the park you have lots of choices: Concourse Steakhouse at CR, or Kona Cafe or Ohana's at Poly. Ohana's is brought to your table too and you can have as much as you want of the food. You really have a lot of choices. CM at the CR is fun, character meal with Mickey & friends (again buffet) and your kids would love it. I hope this helps some. Have fun planning.

thanks for the advice! with the dining plan there are so many to choose from! We are so excited!!!!! I think prime time for mgm and ohanas sounds good. Anybody know about marakesh?
