Help deciding between 3 hotels

I am trying to decide between 3 ‘hotels’.
The first is Terrace Ridge condos (it’s new and I can’t find any reviews but it looks nice and price looks good). The second is The Fountains (prices seem okay but most reviews say that the beds are uncomfortable) and the third is Lake Buena Vista Village Resort & Spa (price seems a bit higher than other two). I am looking for your reviews and information (good and bad) on any of these places and wondering if there is anyone who found the beds at The Fountains were comfortable? Also, any tips on finding the best prices would be appreciated.

the fountains is a timeshare. It gets some good reviews here and on tug.

I checked on LBV Village Resort and Spa (if it's the one I'm thinking about), and it was just about brand new. They had some bad reviews due to opening problems (you know how they have to work out all the kinks), but they looked really nice. They had a pretty good promotional rate (I think it was listed on their website - if not, you give them your contact info and they send it to you), and I liked the layout of their condos.
