Help decide what order to make ADRs on Friday - UPDATE, ADRS finished!

I know there is some kind of order that people follow, I'm just not sure what?

We want:

Day 1 - Biergarten dinner (around 7:30)
Day 2 - late lunch/early dinner at Ale & Compass (around 5)
Day 3 - breakfast at Trattoria Al Forno- (around 10)
Day 4 - dinner at Yak & Yeti (last time available if possible)
Day 6 - dinner at Jaleo (around 6:30)

days 5,7,8,9 will be spur of the moment, see what's available.

What do you suggest I try for first?

Yak and Yeti is a hard-to-get ADR. I would make that one of the first. We just had lunch at Ale & Compass last week and there were plenty of last-minute openings, so this one can be last. I don't know about the other ones.

I have some experience with a couple of your choices. I immediately look at Y&Y and think that's a tougher reservation. I might try for that first - also keep an eye on park hours. Sometimes if AK hours are extended, they will offer a few more slots later in the evening for dinner. For Jaleo, I'd recommend using Open Table or any other reservation service they might recognize - you can make reservations, at times, before 60 days for the non-Disney owned DS restaurants. You know I've been trying Open Table for Jaleo and they still aren't open. I think they must mimic Disney now. But I bet if I can't get through Disney at 60, I can probably get through Open Table.

You can also use the card to get into the only walk-up line they tend to have at Y&Y - the card has worked well for us. We eat at Y&Y as often as possible!

I echo Y&Y first. I feel like Biergarten won't be hard to get, especially a later time that's not right around normal dinner time. I'd probably do that one last. Trattoria wasn't super hard the last time I reserved there, but that was also about 5 years ago!

We had a trip to BC a few weeks ago - had Trattoria breakfast twice during the trip via their walkup. That did not appear to be a difficult reservation when we were there.

We only go to Disney every 3 years(ish), so really we don't visit Landry's restaurants, but thank you for suggestion.

If I'm not mistaken, I think it's only about $25 to join but then you automatically get that in a credit. So even if you won't use it again, seems like a win. Also good for many different restaurants, none on our list otherwise I'd spring for it

Thank you everyone! I was able to make us an ADR for our Friday evening at AK for Yak & Yeti at 6:45. It was either that or 5:45. We are happy with this time because the park is closing at 7 which means we can walk out after close. And if it stays open later, then we have some time after dinner to take in the atmosphere.

Only time we had trouble with was actually the Trattoria Al Forno breakfast. We wanted it for 10am, but the latest we could get is 9:40am. No big deal, but I will check later to see if we can get a bit later.

Biergarten, Ale & Compass and Jaleo had plenty of reservations.

I'd say it's likely/possible that the park will actually close at 8 or 9 that night once they finalize the hours. It really is a nice walk out of AK at night! Congrats on getting what you wanted!

I was already able to change our Trattoria Al Forno reservation from 9:40 to 10am.

And I just grabbed a Via Napoli for our Tuesday. I'm not sure if we will keep it, but it was available and we may just want a pizza (we like it there).

I actually think we'll keep 6:45 even if they close later by the time we go. We can just get a glass of wine at Dawa Bar and walk around for a bit until close then.
