I asked this before but haven't gotten back here in time to get the answers,
Family of four adults one is a vegetarian. We like to have one nice meal each evening usually a table service rest. Would it be worth it and can I add this when I check in. We will be traveling 8/2 -8/8 so it is not the free dining time.

As far as the vegetarian, we have one also (15 year old dd) and I would suggest looking over the menus and deciding which places offer the best selection of veggie meals. If it is worth it depends on the cost of the food you normally get (again check the menues.) Can you add the DDP at check-in???I have no idea???

No, you can't add it at check in. The literature I have says 5 days ahead, although others have reported 3 days ahead. And it must be a MYW package (non-discounted room rate and at least one day park ticket for each person.)

As to "is it worth it?" That depends on where you would choose to eat. We spent more on the DDP than we normally spend on food, but we ate much better and had a really great time. Go to allearsnet.com to look at menus and prices.

Thanks I looked over the menus and think that we may just do what we usually do which is see what we are feeling like eating. We don't normally order appetizers and full meals and dessert so I guess if we would eat like that it would be worth it but I think for us we will be over eating and in August I don't think I could take it. they do seem to have a lot of vegetarian selections so she will be fine. No one will starve thats for sure.

That's a good point: Even in the middle of January there were days when there wasn't a single seat available for TS dining in the MK for dinner, so if you didn't have an ADR, you were basically out of luck. I can just imagine how much worse that situation will be during Free Dining.
