Help...DD forgot her username

9yo DD made a character at the MK in WDW and has forgotten the name (it was something obscure, I remember, but she assured me she could remember it, so we didn't write it down ) I've e-mailed VMK 'support' and just get a canned response about how to update my email address. I emailed them again and got a canned response about how they can only send a canned response. Is there any way for me to be able to locate DDs character? She desperately wants all the cool stuff you get for creating a character in the parks, but my brain cells are just too old to remember!!!

Her "username" is actually her email address. Is this what you are talking about??

If she signed in as a child it is different. If you go to the following webpage you can enter the EMail address used and an EMail will be sent with all the usernames associated with that address.
