HELP!!!! Cricut/Sure cuts Alot issue

Someone sent me a file via email for my sure cuts alot and cricut software, but it won't let me import or add it to iphoto.

Any suggestions?

I can't even open it up via email.. the attachment is there, but nothing opens it..

does it let you save it?? What is the file extenion?? is it an svg or scut - if scut is there a number after it?? Mine are SCUT2 files so unless you have 2 or possible 3 you can't open it

I purchased Sure Cuts alot2 I believe... someone sent me the file, it says scut2.
So shouldn't it work??

I just looked it says t-shirt.scut2

I can save it, but can't open them, it wants to open in my Iphoto on my Macbook.

It was me! It opens fine for me...Did you try to open it from SCAL? Don't double click it, go to SCAL and File, Open and navigate to where it is.

OK this helps - what was the last update you two have?? I know people had problems with some of mine but then got the lastest update & it worked after that

I don't know... just says skull-tshirt.scut2

I've been at it for hours today..

I did open up scal and try to import, etc.. and it still is blank
I search and find, still blank.

I'm going to update, maybe disc I put on this computer is older...

I bought it about 2 years ago.

It only opened up one .... the bandana and the skulll --- no numbers like you
had or the eyepatch.. hmm!

Nope... skull and mickey bandana..

No eyepatch attached, just one file.

You also had a small mickey head on the bottom of her shirt plus
the year on the sleeve.
