Help confirm amneties at POR please?!! tia

I've read and read, so I told my mom there is definately an iron at POR (I know the pictures!!) I know there is a refrigerator - there is also a hair dryer right? Coffee maker??? (she's bringing coffee, but wanted to know if she needed to bring the maker!)

Also, can she bring her "noodle" float for the pool???

Since we fly, I dont pay too much attention, but she's in Florida, and wants to bring all the comforts of home!! (But seriously who irons on vacation?? )

The iron, fridge, coffee maker and hair dryer should all be in the room. If they are not, just call the front desk and you will have one in minutes. You can bring your own coffee, the coffee they supply isn't the best. Not sure about the float. I saw lots of toys, but I didn't see anyone on floats last time I was there so I am not sure. I would think it wouldn't be a problem. I don't remember seeing any signs posted otherwise.

Yeah!! Thanks - I did tell mom yes to all those things, just glad I'm not totally wrong!!

So anyone going in Oct staying at POR - if you see a nice woman floating on a noodle, its probably my mom!!

Now she thinks we should try and get her a room with a trundle bed so dd can stay with them!!

I would say Yes to the Noodle float. At Pop Century, they actually sell the Noodles in the gift shop for $4.00. HTH Rebecca

On our last trip, there were always 3-4 noodles in the quiet pool close to our room. Didn't appear to belong to anyone; I assumed they were left by guests and for public use.

Be aware that the coffee makers are little 4 cup makers with packets of coffee (not very good) that are provided.

If you want to make your own coffee, you will need to bring small 4 cup filters in addition to your coffee.
