When we were at WDW in 2001, my two DDs collected Disney Trading Cards. They collected the Signature Series and the 30th anniversary series. They'd like to know if there are any new series available for our trip in May? They like to collect pins too, but the cards are less expensive for their budgets?

I am not sure about the trading cards but I will bump this up for you. Maybe someone else will be able to help.

My DD also collects cards and was disappointed that there was not anything new to trade. At MGM there is a pin trading cart at the top of Sunset Blvd. and they have a book of cards they will trade with the kids but they said not many people ask for it so the cards don't change much.

Have fun, Linda

We just returned from WDW and did not see any new trading cards. However, I purchased a box of the Upper Deck Disney Treasures trading cards before we left and we had fun opening those in the evenings. It didn't matter to our daughter that we didn't actually bought the cards at Disney.

Each box has one card with an actual piece of Disney film. The one in our box had two framces from Cinderella. My daughter even found a one of a kind sketch card of Donald in one of the packs.

I've found individual packs at $1.99 each at Target stores. Some are packaged with Donald and (previously) Mickey mini-bobble heads. The boxes I've found on ebay at $26-$30 for a box of 24 packs.
