help choosing Epcot restaurant

Hi everyone,
I have been a long time lurker on this board but this is my first post. I am due to make my ADRs on Saturday and have everything decided except which EPCOT restaurant to choose. I have narrowed it down to Tutto Italia, Via Napoli or the Rose and Crown. It will just be me and my best friend and we are both pescetarians. We are on the basic dining plan.
Hopefully we will also be visiting:
Citricos
Cape May
Sanaa
Raglan Road
Grand Floridian Cafe
Kona
Narcoossees
Flying Fish
California Grill

Welcome to the dis. If you havent already take a look at the menus.
www.allearsnet.com/menu/menus.htm They are also available on the dis toolbar at the top, just click dining.

There are lots of vegetarian options and a few seafood at Via Napoli. The food is very good.
I would also suggest the Rose and Crown, several seafood and vegi entrees.

Thanks so much for your help. I have been through the menus of practically every Disney restaurant on several sites and read tons of reviews (I'm starting to worry over my Disney obsession) It is just this one decision that I am stuck on. The menus of all 3 appeal and they all seem to have good reviews. Looking through recent posts here it seems like the Captains Grille is very good too...so now I am starting to think maybe I should squeeze that in somewhere too.
