Help choosing days for DL, DCA & US

First time visit to DLR. I'm tacking 4 days on to the end of a business trip to LA in September. I have Wed 9/12 - Sat 9/15 for parks. I'm trying to pick the best days and hope the experts here can help with any recommendations.

It will just be me, solo, in the parks. I am planning 3 days at DLR & 1 day at US. I'm getting 3 day hoppers for DLR and staying offsite. I will get one EE with the 3 day hoppers for DL. I don't want to put the US day in the middle of my DLR days unless that is really the best thing to do.
This seems like the best schedule: US on Wed, DL Thu & Fri, DCA Sat. (trying to avoid the main DCA day on an EE day). Does this look good or is there a better schedule?

Am I correct that I can get one EE to DL with the 3 day hopper, but not to DCA unless I stay onsite?

I woud say yes to everything. Be aware that Sept 14 is the day DLR goes over to Halloweed mode. No problems with that just do not be surprised.

Thanks for the confirm! When you say Halloween mode, do you mean everything is decorated for Halloween and HM is open? I wasn't sure if it would be open for my trip or not.

Have the Halloween parties been scheduled yet? I haven't seen park hours for Sept on the Disneyland site. Thanks.

The change to allow resort guests to have early entry on any day for either park is causing me to rethink my plan. When I had planned to go to DCA on Sat 9/15, there was no early entry that day. Should I stick with my plan: US on Wed 9/12, DL on Thu 9/13 & Fri 9/14, DCA on Sat 9/15? Or does anyone have a better plan?
