HELP---Chilld's passport is expired

I would start by calling the passport office rather than asking for opinions on a user board. Not being mean - just seems the most logical thing to do. Go to the people that really can help!

Good luck!

If you look back at the thread, it was started on a weekend when the Passport Office would have been closed. They were supposed to leave this morning so hopefully they were able to get it resolved in some manner or other. I'm sure that they'd rather get some information from a discussion board, rather than sitting around idly until the Office opened up on Monday.

There is a 24/7 emergency phone number if there is a passport emergency during the weekend that can be called. If you are calling from within Canada it is 1-800-267-6788. It's on the Passport Canada website.

That's driving only. Flying everyone needs a passport.

Yes I know, I was replying to Daisy. We've crossed with BC quite a bit & we always fly out of BUF so we really don't need passports for our kids, but I always have them anyways.

Here's hoping that the OP got it all worked out, and is now back from their magical vacation!:goodvibes

I am hoping that is the case also. Hopefully we will get an update from the OP, with some pictures from their trip, perhaps! ;)
