Our stay is September 7 - 17 and we have a Deluxe Room for 3 separate reservations , 2 Adults.
Member services has linked all of the reservations together.
But should I call the resort directly to make sure I can have the same Room through the whole stay.
We are staying at OKW.
Does anyone have the number for that Resort

I make sure at check in that we are scheduled for the same room. We always have been. But if we hadn’t they would be able to fix for us

Just wait for when you get there.

So, could they not combine the reservations under one number instead of just linking them? That’s what we do.

The only way to link them under one reservation is to have them all booked on the same member number. Otherwise, they are three separate reservations. Make sure you add "Continuing Reservation" and add the other reservation numbers. When you check (do go to the front desk), ask them if you are blocked into the same villa for the entire trip. You may have to check out and check in for each reservation.

This! It’s always been correct but we like to double check just so we know.

We just did a mixed membership stay and had no issues. As stated above have MS link them and touch base with front desk just For confirmation. Our only issue to deal with - a minor one - was with gift card payments to our room/magic band. We had to make sure to close out the bill the last night of first reservation and then again on last night of second as they closed out separately .

unfortunately this reservation is mix of comp stay plus dvc pts stay. That's why I was asking if I should call OKW
There isn't a direct line to OKW for guests. You just get the offsite reservation center. The best you can do is contact MS and talk to the front desk when you check in.

Now that Disney has to do extra room cleaning for Covid they are not making folks change rooms. We had the same thing - 2 reservations, same room type and when I inquired that is what they told me. They would have to clean another room to put you into it and clean the room you are checking out of so they are not making folks move. But it is best to make sure they have this noted on the reservation. The OKW number is (407) 827-7700 . I had to call last year to verify they had a package that I shipped to them and this is the number I used.

I did have MS link all 3 reservations together, but I wasn't sure if we would be able to stay in the same room for 10 days.

Was there in January with 3 different reservations. Under 2 different names......with people changing throughout
Told no room change for the entire stay. OKW
Just check when you go to make sure.

We often have a similar scenario - mixes of different Memberships, comped rooms, cash. Every time, we have it noted through MS, and follow up at the Front Desk.
Only once we were informed that we would need to change rooms - Front Desk insisted there was no other option. We started chatting with a CM on our way to dinner, & mentioned it........and received a text during dinner, saying "it's all fixed now!" :goodvibes

You will have to check out and check back in for the different reservations.

just did this at AKL. linked with MS when making reservations. but I did check at front desk while on 1st reservation that all where in same room and it was.

That requirement appears to have changed - we haven't had to check-out/check-in in a few years.

It depends on if they do it right the first time. I'm always piecing together nights so deal with this often. In February I was assured everything was good to go, but when returning to my room, the magic band didn't work. Back to the desk. They had me in the same room, but something wasn't right and it just took a few minutes to fix.

But yes, for the most part the repeated CI/CO doesn't need to be done anymore.
