HELP - Can't Use Hotel Already Reserved???

I reserved Hotel Rooms at the Marriot Courtyard and there is a good chance I will nto be able to go for personal reasons. I already paid for them and I do not think I can get a credit but can I transfer them to someone else and/or sell them to someone else?

Any advise and info would be greatly appreciated.

I have the Marriot from Dec. 16th through Dec. 24th. @ $29/night...would be interested in selling for less than cost.
