A while back someone had a great suggestion for a book to explain ASD/Asperger's to kids and now I can't find it. We're going to talk to DS's class would really like to have something on their 10 yo level.

Any suggestions?

Thanks!

The one book is all cats have aspergers (or something like that) but it is probably for younger students. Can I tell you about Aspergers syndrome, by Jude Welton might be a good one fro that age and older (although I have never used it in practice). There are also the intricate minds videos, but they are relatively expensive. We have 1 and 2 in our support group library if you want to come across the bridge to borrow them.

Thanks Bookwormde! :thumbsup2

The guidance counselor has another one geared towards older kids but I wasn't sure if it's the best choice. She is going to send it home for me to look over.
